     High performance

   高效减水剂是我国目前生产量最大,使用最广的高效减水剂,其特点是减水率较高(15%~25%),不引气,对凝结时间影响小,与水泥适应性相对较好,能与其他各种外加剂复合使用。萘系减水剂常被用于配制大流动性、高强、高性能混凝土。使用中既能大幅度降低用水量从而显著提高混凝土各龄期强度。又能在保持强度恒定时,节约水泥10%或更多,性价比较高。此外,高效减水剂还具有氯离子含量微少,对钢筋不产生锈蚀作用;能增强混凝土的抗渗、抗冻融及耐腐蚀性,提高混凝土的耐久性等特点。

Scope of application   适用范围

       

Used for prefabrication and cast-in-situ reinforced concrete in various industrial and civil construction, water conservancy, transportation, port, municipal and other projects.

It is suitable for high-strength, super-high-strength and medium-strength concrete, as well as concrete that requires early strength, moderate frost resistance, and high fluidity; suitable for precast concrete components of steam curing process; suitable for water-reducing reinforcing components of various composite admixtures (Ie masterbatch).

    用于各类工业与民用建筑、水利、交通、港口、市政等工程中的预制和现浇筑钢筋混凝土。适用于高强、超高强和中等强度混凝土,以及要求早强、适度抗冻、大流动性混凝土;适用于蒸养工艺的预制混凝土构件;适用于做各种复合型外加剂的减水增强组分(即母料)。

Precautions for use  使用注意事项

1、The content of this product (solid content 20%) is 0.6% to 2.0% of the total weight of the cementitious material. The usual dosage is 0.8%~1.5%. Before use, a trial mix test of concrete should be carried out to find the best mixing amount.
    本产品的掺量为胶凝材料总重量的0.6%—2.0%。常用掺量为0.8%—1.5%。使用前应进行混凝土试配试验,以求最佳掺量。

2、When using this product, the measurement must be accurate, and the concrete must be mixed evenly.
    使用本产品时,必须计量准确,混凝土必须搅拌均匀。

3、The superplasticizer has a strong dispersing effect on the cement, which can greatly improve the fluidity of the cement mixture and the slump of the concrete, and at the same time greatly reduce the water consumption and significantly improve the workability of the concrete. However, some superplasticizers will accelerate the loss of concrete slump, and excessive mixing will cause bleeding.
     
高效减水剂对水泥有强烈分散作用,能大大提高水泥拌合物流动性和混凝土坍落度,同时大幅度降低用水量,显著改善混凝土工作性。但有的高效减水剂会加速混凝土坍落度损失,掺量过大则泌水。


Packaging and storage 包装与贮存
1、This product is liquid and is packed in 1000kg plastic drums or plastic bags.
   本产品为粉剂或液体,采用1000kg塑料桶装、200±1kg塑料桶或塑料袋包装。

2、Should be placed in a cool, dry place, sealed storage away from direct sunlight, rain or negative temperature environment preservation.
   应置于阴凉、干燥处储存,避免阳光直射、雨淋或负温环境保存。

3、The warranty period is one year, and the overdue products can only be used after being tested and verified.
   质保期一年,超期产品经试验验证合格后仍可继续使用。
