The extension project of the Wenzhou section of Zhuyong Expressway starts near Beiao Village, Luodong Township, Yongjia County, connecting the north line of Wenzhou Ring Expressway. On the north side of Aipengqiao Road in Lucheng District, it is connected with Civil Aviation Road. The total length of the route is about 8.1km. Among them, the structural form of the main bridge of the Oujiang Bridge is 84+200+84m steel-concrete continuous rigid frame.诸永高速公路温州段延伸工程起于永嘉县罗东乡北岙村附近，连接温州绕城高速公路北线，路线沿楠溪江东侧向南，经由瓯江特大桥跨越瓯江，终点位于温州市鹿城区矮凳桥路北侧，与民航路相接，路线全长约8.1km，主线按高速公路标准建设，设计速度80公里/小时。其中瓯江特大桥主桥结构形式为84+200+84m钢混连续刚构。
